You should receive your verification code within a minute or so.
If you are set up for email verification, check your spam/junk folder to see if the email ended up there. You can search your inbox for "@canarytechnologies.com" and it should come up.
If you are set up for SMS (text) verification, you could be experiencing a delay due to your cell phone service provider. You should receive the code soon, as long as your phone number is correctly entered in your user profile (ask an account admin if you're not sure).
If you still haven't received a verification code, try clicking "Click here to resend link" on the log in page to get a new code.
If the code is still not arriving, your property admin can update your method or receiving your verification code by following these steps:
- Log into the admin Canary account and go to Settings --> Logins
- Click "Edit" to open the user's details
- Update the Two-factor authentication method. If being changed to SMS, a mobile phone number must be present.
