How to log into your Canary account

To log into your Canary account go to https://www.canarytechnologies.com/ and click "Login" in the upper right

Enter your username, or *email, and password

You will then be sent a verification code by email or text, depending on your account settings, to enter in order to access your Canary account. All Canary accounts require two-factor authentication (2FA).

If you are unsure of your login credentials, click the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password and log into Canary.




*You must log in with your username if more than one account uses the same email. For example, if multiple people have "frontdesk@hotel" as the email associated with their Canary account, each person must log in with their username and cannot log in with email.
