How to connect with Cloudbeds for the first time

Log in to Cloudbeds

Click on "Accounts" (right corner) and go to "App & Marketplace"

Search for Canary

Click on the "Connect App" button

Authorize Canary to access your account

Canary is seamlessly integrated with Cloudbeds through a 2-way connection. Through your Cloudbeds integration, you will be able to:
- Receive real-time updates
- Use Canary’s best in class products, including:
- Mobile check-in - seamless check-in your guests without exchanging credit cards, IDs, or registration forms.
- Guest messages - easily communicate with hotel guests at scale
- Dynamic upsells - intelligently offer upsells to your guests throughout their journey
Limitations with Cloudbeds
We are currently aware of the following limitations:
- Digital authorizations do not synchronize to Cloudbeds
- Cloudbeds does not capture the guest’s language, placing some limitations on internationalized messaging
