"Error Loading Messages"

Is anybody else having issues when trying to message a guest? It says (on all of our pc's) “error loading messages”. I have messaged support several times and I only get the same answer, which is to clear our cache & cookies, which we have done on all our pc's. I can't seem to figure out why it's doing this. Also will only load the uploaded ID's on our admin's pc. It will not load the uploaded documents to our other pc's. Please help.
