How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by visiting the below link and entering your e-mail address or username.

Password reset emails are sent immediately to the email address associated with your Canary account; you should receive it within a minute or two.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, it may be in your spam or junk folder. You can also search your email for "[e-mail]" and it should come up.

Important Note: If your Canary account email address is associated with multiple accounts, you must enter your username instead of your email address to log in.
